Private Equity and Debt Financing
  • Raised $40 million of private equity and $70 million of senior debt for Far&Wide Travel Corp, a consolidator of the tour operator industry. Wrote financing memorandum for the acquisition of the two platform companies and pro forma financials.
  • Gained broad knowledge of private equity and leveraged lending community by participating in investor meetings, performing scenario analyses, highlighting cost savings and synergies, and analyzing internal rates of returns for investors.
